Garnett Investment Strategies provides planning and consulting services which may include the following:
- Retirement, education, estate and tax planning, and calculations
- Legacy planning and business continuation
- Collaboration with other advisors including CPA’s, attorneys, and others as needed on client accounts
- 401(k) plan set-up, maintenance, termination, and proposal process
Asset Management
- Understanding the foundational details of a client’s financial situation and identifying both short and long-term goals
- Designing and modeling an acceptable portfolio which meets those goals
- Implementing an investment strategy utilizing a variety of investments including
- Institutional Mutual Fund shares
- Exchange Traded Funds (ETF’s)
- Separately Managed Accounts (SMA’s)
- Individual Securities
- Real Estate Investment Trusts (REIT’s)
- and others
- Monitor, review, educate, and adjust the investment portfolio as goals and objectives change
Registered Investment Adviser
- Registered with the Nebraska Department of Banking or Securities and Exchange Commission
- Called an Investment Adviser Representative (IAR) and may advise clients by a fixed fee, an hourly fee, or a percentage of the accounts assets
- Required by the Investment Advisers Act of 1940, as amended, to act and serve a client’s best interest with the intent to eliminate all potential conflicts of interest
- Promote compliance with fiduciary standards by advisors and their personnel
