After graduating from Beatrice High School, Traci headed off to the University of Nebraska - Lincoln where she graduated with a degree in Business Administration. While attending college, she focused her studies on Economics and was chosen to study at Oxford University in Oxford, England in their International Economics program.

Upon graduation from UNL, Traci started her financial career by starting her own insurance company, TDF Financial Solutions, in Lincoln, NE where she worked as an Insurance Specialist. Shortly after, their family was relocated to Kansas City for her husband's career. In their years there she joined Edward Jones as a Financial Advisor. Throughout her career she had hoped to get back home to Beatrice, where she was born and raised, and work alongside her father, Paul. In 2013 they realized that goal when Garnett Investment Strategies, LLC (GIS) opened. GIS offer comprehensive and holistic advice and personalized service to help clients achieve their financial goals through an array of different investment solutions including stocks, bonds, mutual funds, managed accounts, insurance solutions, and retirement plans.

In 2015, they created Primary Wealth Management, LLC, dba Garnett Investment Strategies, to serve as a Registered Investment Adviser under the governance of the Nebraska Department of Banking. The duty as an Investment Adviser is to place the client interests above our own and that was always the main focus of the business model they created many years ago.

Traci has earned the designations of Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF®) and Certified Plan Fiduciary Advisor (CPFA®).

Over the years, they have worked with a diverse list of clients including individuals, small business owners, farmers, professional athletes, coaches, sports agents, endowments, trusts, foundations, non­ profit's, and estates. They also have a focus on 401k and other retirement plans for all sizes of companies in and around Nebraska and across the country.

Traci is active in Rotary and Rotary board, Chamber of Commerce Ambassadors, is the Treasurer and Board Member for the Beatrice Humane Society, Board Member for the Beatrice Country Club, Secretary and Board member for NGage, and Secretary of her children's Parent Teacher Organization.

She and her husband, David, have been married since 2006 and have three daughters; Harper, born in 2014 and Ashton & Blakely born in 2017. She loves golfing, running, Husker athletics, scuba diving, traveling, and reading.
