Traci Garnett-Froscheiser, AIF®, CPFA®
Investment Adviser Representative | Retirement Planning, Investment Management & Retirement Plans

For Traci Garnett-Froscheiser, good financial guidance begins with understanding the person, family or business behind the numbers.
As an Investment Adviser Representative with Garnett Investment Strategies in Beatrice, Nebraska, Traci works with individuals, families, business owners and retirement-plan sponsors on financial decisions involving retirement planning, investment management and employer-sponsored retirement plans.
Her approach emphasizes listening first, helping people understand their options, and developing a plan around their circumstances and priorities. Whether the conversation involves preparing for retirement, managing investments or helping a business owner understand the responsibilities that come with sponsoring a 401(k) plan, Traci believes financial decisions are easier to approach when people understand the choices in front of them.
Nebraska Roots and a Career in Financial Services
Traci was born and raised in Beatrice and graduated from Beatrice High School before attending the University of Nebraska–Lincoln. She earned a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Economics and was selected to study International Economics at Oxford University in England.
After graduating from UNL, Traci began her career in financial services by establishing TDF Financial Solutions in Lincoln, where she worked as an Insurance Specialist. A move to Kansas City for her husband's career later led Traci to Edward Jones, where she worked as a Financial Advisor.
Throughout those years, however, returning to Beatrice remained important to her.
That opportunity arrived in 2013, when Traci returned home and began working alongside her father, Paul, forming Garnett Investment Strategies.
The move represented more than a return to her hometown. It gave Traci the opportunity to build long-term relationships in the community where she grew up while helping individuals, families, farmers and businesses navigate increasingly complex financial decisions.
Primary Wealth Management, LLC, d/b/a Garnett Investment Strategies, was organized in 2015 and became a Registered Investment Adviser in 2016. The firm's advisory model reflects an important principle in Traci's work: when providing investment advisory services, client interests come first.
Retirement Plans and Fiduciary Education
In addition to working with individuals and families, Traci has developed a particular focus on 401(k)s and other employer-sponsored retirement plans.
She works with businesses and retirement-plan sponsors on the decisions and responsibilities involved in offering a retirement plan and helps provide financial education for the people who participate in those plans.
Traci holds both the Accredited Investment Fiduciary® (AIF®) and Certified Plan Fiduciary Advisor® (CPFA®) designations. These areas of professional education complement her work with fiduciary practices and employer-sponsored retirement plans.
For Traci, the principles involved in retirement-plan work also reflect her broader approach to financial planning: understand the responsibility, understand the available options, and make informed decisions with the people affected by those decisions in mind.
Financial Guidance Built Around People
Over the course of her career, Traci has worked with individuals and a variety of businesses and organizations. While their financial circumstances can look very different, her approach remains grounded in education, planning and ongoing conversation.
Financial priorities change. Careers evolve. Businesses grow. Families change, and retirement gets closer.
Traci views financial planning as an ongoing process rather than a one-time transaction. Her goal is to help clients understand the financial decisions in front of them and provide guidance as their circumstances and priorities evolve.
That same emphasis on education extends beyond individual client relationships. Retirement-plan participants, business owners and families can all benefit from having complicated financial topics explained in practical, understandable terms.
Invested in Beatrice
Traci's connection to Beatrice extends beyond Garnett Investment Strategies.
She has been involved with local organizations including Rotary, the Beatrice Area Chamber of Commerce, Beatrice Humane Society, Beatrice Country Club, NGage and her children's Parent Teacher Organization.
Community involvement is a natural extension of the relationships that brought Traci back to Beatrice in the first place: family, local connections and the opportunity to contribute to the community she calls home.
Outside the office, Traci and her husband, David, are raising their three daughters. She enjoys golf, Husker athletics, scuba diving, traveling and reading.
For Traci, financial planning is ultimately about people—their families, businesses, responsibilities and plans for the years ahead.
